$160 for 8 treatments a month if you don’t use them you lose them . That’s wrong! You can’t call to cancel . That’s wrong ! Just a greedy owner! They lost my business!

I love it here! I am a member and it's really become like home. The full body cryotherapy helped all knee pain and body inflammation go away. It's also amazing for the mind and spirit. I love the other services of massage chairs, compression therapy, cryo facial and Celluma light. I got a lot of compliments on my skin after doing these services. Wonderful staff and I have made friends here! Highly recommend! ?❄?

Honestly awful place. I decided to try this Cryo place and showed up at my 5:00 time. The owner was super behind which is fine. 20 minutes later he got me in. He Saw that I was wearing short socks. He gave me slippers to wear in the machine which is fine. My skin behind my Achilles’ tendon and ankle started to burn a little in. I told him. He said it is normal. He the. Asked after 30 second was left how they were feeling again and I said they were rough. I thought it was normal. After I got out, I saw I had big red burns on both legs. I showed him and he said yeah that happens sometimes. He Showed no empathy for me whatsoever. How was I supposed to know what slippers or shoes or long socks to wear? It was my first time. So my vacation 3 days later was ruined due to massive blisters that puffed up. Here I am 7 days later. Still in pain while I have a big Ironman Race in 10 days. This has not allowed me to continue my training because I can’t run or swim with it. Honestly just disappointed at this place. If he only were to advise better or listened to me. The funny part is, he even had the audacity to ask if I wanted one of his 3 month commitment memberships right after. Hard pass. The most worse way to spend $30.

Seriously the best place for cryo therapy! It has helped so much with my bursitis, and also has helped me to sleep better. The monthly unlimited membership is so worth it.

We had an AMAZING experience at Windy City Cryo. Their infra-red sauna was powerfully healing and left us feeling marvelous for the entire day. Their set-up is both cozy and inviting but also loaded with a surprising amount of powerful healing technologies for such a little spot. 'I HIGHLY recommend anyone curious about infra-red or cryo to check this place out. The staff is super sweet and, as an unexpected bonus, you get to fill out your entry form with the SMOOTHEST pens you will ever use in your life. Enjoy! :D

I absolutely LOVE this place! I was interested in whole body cryotherapy and getting a membership is the best way to go. I'm so glad I found Windy City Cryo. I've done WBC almost every day, massage chair, sauna, LED light therapy and cyro-skin for my neck/chin.

Went today for a full body cryotherapy session. It was AMAZING! I feel great! My knee hasn't hurt all day!!! I'll definitely be looking into a monthly package ! Very nice person working there.

First time here and was full of nerves. Lonna put my mind at ease and was so thorough explaining everything and was so nice during the process. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to come back!
