Marcus showed up at my place to clean and check my furnace. He was on time, and very efficient. The price is also a little bit lower than the competitors. I will continue to rely on Reallaire for maintenance work or if furnace problems arise.

We were out of town on vacation and checked our nest thermostat on the Google Home app. It indicated that the furnace was running and set to 63 but the indoor temperature was only 55. The outdoor temperature was forecast to drop into the teens that night. We called Rellaire after office hours and the person who answered the phone was able to schedule a technician to be at our home at 10 the next morning. We have used Rellaire for over 20 yrs and trusted their techs to be in our home when we aren’t home. We gave Patrick our garage door code and he had the problem diagnosed and the furnace heating within about 30 minutes. Rellaire is a reliable and great company!
