Would not respond to any emails or calls. RCW could have had the common courtesy to respond to say she is not available. Ignoring calls and emails is bad business.

I was loyal to RCW tax services for over 10 years. Careful how much loyalty you show, They will start gauging you on the accounting fees. Charge you for conversations, and advice (as your accountant) Be VERY careful here.
