The nurse practitioner was extremely rude to my daughter! She is 14 years old and trying to get all her questions answered as the nurse practitioner was trying to put her on birth control. The nurse practitioner seemed frustrated ( my daughter stated she rolled her eyes at her) and left my daughter in the room while she stated she had an emergency but was outside talking to people. The nurse practitioner is not recommended. I had my daughter 14 years ago at this practice and let me tell you this practice was way better than it is today.

Rachel Kinnas, NP, is INCREDIBLE! If you asked me over a year ago I would've given 1 star to this place (before seeing Rachel Kinnas, NP). I've been going to Woman to Woman in Crystal Lake since I was 15 (7 years) and saw 2 or 3 providers who completely ignored specific concerns I tried to address that were severely affecting my life daily life. It was because of the poor experience I had with previous providers here that I realized I wanted to go into women's healthcare in nursing. By chance (earliest appointment available) I saw Rachel Kinnas, NP, last year, and she inspired me EVEN MORE to go into women's health care. Not only is she clearly incredibly knowledgeable, but she also has amazing bedside manner, ethics, and has made me feel like she genuinely cares. She's the first provider to acknowledge the health concerns I've had the past 7 years, which I started to brush off myself, as valid and like they never should've been ignored. She's incredible at what she does and I'd recommend her to anyone!

Although I consider Dr. Salus to be an outstanding doctor, this is not the same for the staff. Dr. Salus was out sick today 1/22/24 and I received no phone call or rescheduled appointment. When I called the office and spoke with the office manager - Joyce, she tells me that I was contacted this morning at 7:45am. When I told her that I didn't receive a phone call, she was insistent that I did. I have no time for games, my health is at risk. If a doctors has to cancel an appointment, I believe it is appropriate and professional for the patient to receive a phone call! Don't make excuses for lack of doing your jobs - just admitt when your wrong and we can move on. Now, I'm considering obtain a new healthcare group all together.

Dr. Beall is incredible. She took the time to explain how my hysterectomy would be done. I was very overwhelmed and nervous at first However, thanks to her professionalism, knowledge and guidance, I felt at ease trusting her completely. She's an amazing surgeon and my family and I are extremely grateful to her and her entire team at Northwestern. Everyone from the staff to the nurses have been so wonderful and made a difficult process much easier for me.

Lindsay will always be the best! She truly cares about her patients. Whenever I have questions she always get back to me within 24 hours. She's the best gynecologist I ever had!

I have been going to this practice for 4 years. I only need to be seen once a year for my annual exam. During my very first visit the nurse practioner asked me if I had any other health concerns near the end of my visit. I explained the symptoms I was having and she immediately referred me to a specialist. I was diagnosed and treated for colon cancer by the specialist. I had told other doctors about my symptoms for 3 years and they just brushed me off. Had it not been for this nurse practioner my cancer would have been found too late. I am so grateful!!

I've been going to this office since 2019. My experience with my first pregnancy was wonderful. No issues. Midway through my second pregnancy I was diagnosed with a bacterial infection and was told they wanted to prescribe me medicine for treatment. I was out of town for a family emergency during this time but they wanted me to come back in for a second test before they would send the prescription. I told them I am out of town and they never called me back. They completely disregarded that I am pregnant with a bacteria infection and refused to call me back, respond, or prescribe me medication EVEN THOUGH I WAS ALREADY DIAGNOSED, just because they are money hungry for that extra (unnecessary) appointment. Mind you, in the middle of COVID where they should be limiting traffic in the office unless absolutely necessary. They don't care about your wellness. They only want money. Disgusting practice.

I have been going to woman to woman for a little over a year now, I have seen pretty much all the providers there. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They even accommodated me being 36 weeks pregnant with covid after hours to make sure everything was okay with the baby and I. I am very pleased!

Had to wait over 3 weeks for an appointment. Was 15 minutes late, told to reschedule. No exceptions. Calmly tried to explain. Was told 15 minute late policy shut glass doors. So disappointed in this, patient care not a priority.
