We are always very well pleased with the care and concern we receive from everyone we encounter. We never wait past appointment times, it is extremely clean, and well organized. i had such a lovely experience at this hospital. came in to the er and unexpectedly found out i needed surgery! but wow the team took such great care of me AND my family who visited. just the sweetest nurses and excellent doctors. I have a different hospital 5 minutes from me and mercyhealth is 15 but now i will absolutely be going out of my way to come here if there is an emergency. i will forever be thankful to the team for taking such good care of me. It is a smaller hospital so you feel like you’re getting better care. great team of nurses.
