I’ve honestly never been happy with my hair color when coming here. I’m not sure if it’s the products, but after my most recent appointment, my hair kept falling out and the color literally bleached my blonde hair to white. I think the customer next to me was laughing at how bad it was. I honestly felt so embarrassed walking out and feeling this way.
The customer service isn’t that great. The Front desk workers have no enthusiasm for their customers. I was going to ask about additional services for my wedding coming up and I’m just not interested anymore.
On top of that, the prices are extremely high—I once paid $120 just for a half-inch trim.
Because of this, not sure if I’ll be back.

Had brows done and a custom facial by summer. It was very relaxing and professionally done. I told her the concerns I had about my skin and she created a custom facial for me. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and gave me informed suggestions on my skin care routine. Already booked my next appointment with her!

I have very thick curly hair. It can be hard to manage. I wanted highlights and my stylist did my hair beautifully! I was very surprised because people usually cant handle my thick hair. I would personally come back. For the price, it was for sure worth it. I highly recommend for our curly hair girlies!!
