Janet Hibbs was recommended to us by a trusted friend who is a property manager. We live out of state and she helped us find a nice townhouse for a good price. She's experienced and knows the McHenry County marked well. Took time to get to know us and our needs/wants. Didn't push properties that were outside our comfort range. Even set up virtual walk throughs alone or with local friends of ours. She was also great from contract to closing. She was dedicated to us, answered all our crazy questions/messages and really heard us when we detailed what we were looking for in a home.
