Always a smile when entering the clinic and helpful. On time with appointments and know why you are there. Treatment is efficient and explained why and what is being done. Clinic is clean and comfortable.

I would especially like to recognize Margaret Chwaliński, PA-C, who not only approached his concerns with great professionalism, but also took the time to arrange all necessary follow-up appointments with a specialist in this field. I highly recommend Derick Dermatology in Crystal Lake.
From check-in to the PA Appointment they were great. The MA Deb Was very nice getting me ready for the appointment with PA Nicolai. I was a little hesitant going in because I wanted one of their MD‘s for my exam but after the exam with Nicolai I knew I made the right choice. His examination was very thorough and he found a few things we are working on. I would not hesitate to recommend them or him up to anyone.
