Frank at Computer Pros has provided me exceptional services! I have especially appreciated how readily available he is in communication towards addressing any specific concerns or problems. He always called me right back and addressed all issues with a kind, professional attitude. I am so glad I have found Computer Pros. Frank is definitely more valuable than Geek Squad and his services are much more detailed and reasonably priced!

Frank was super helpful and walked me through everything wrong with my computer and all for a super reasonable price and in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone having computer problems.

BUYER BEWARE - you will never have a great experience with any other computer person because Frank sets the bar so high, no one will compare. Frank spent at least half the day in our office fixing what we messed up. Setting up a new computer on our network that needed to talk to all the others and printers and be a hub for critical software was a task we thought we could mostly accomplish. Not only did we not get it going, we managed to mess it up even more. Frank was amazing in our office! He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly got EVERYTHING done that we wanted.
