Matt from CSI provided a first time customer with amazing service today. He got an old Mac running after it quit in an electrical outage, installed a new hp printer and synced 3 laptops to that printer in one hour. I work out of my home and am most grateful. He is knowledgeable, polite, efficient and service oriented. I highly recommend Matt from CSI. -Donna V.

My computer was involved in a flood at my home and I needed to get a components list of parts on my custom gaming PC for my insurance company. I brought the PC in at 3pm and told the guys at CSI Tech that my PC was involved in a flood and my insurance company required that I get a parts list of my components so that they could pay me out. These guys understood the assignment completely and by 5:30pm the exact same day they had called me and told me that they were finished! I couldn't believe it! Sent email with laptop model describing video issues asking what they thought would be my best option. CSI took the time to reply to my email and even called me directly. They gave me unbiased advice (best to worst case scenario of the repair) and seemed very knowledgeable. Too bad my laptop is 6 years old when it was state-of-the-art when I bought it, but bottom line, buy a new laptop.
