On time appt. Techs were pleasant and I did not feel rushed. Ultrasound and mammo tech were kind and concerned about my comfort. Radiologist was friendly, knowledgeable and kind. She came into the ultrasound room and performed part of the exam. I felt comfortable with the whole team.
Found out that I needed a biopsy, which was just plain scary. The techs, Megan, Sara and Kim were great at making me feel at ease, very sweet and patient with me. And, thankfully, all was okay!!
