Zack Olson and James Benson were out at our home today. Zack was out for maintenance. But after inspection and finding some major issue we decided it might be time for a new furnace. At that point we were referred to James to be advised on our options. Both men were very informative and knowledgeable about their products and services. After all options were considered we decided to replace our furnace and AC. It was a much better doing a bundled replacement. After it was all settled. We came to a price agreement and are scheduled tomorrow for our new units. Looking forward to entering winter with a new furnace. Thanks again to Legacy and their fast service.

Had some issues with our heating and Legacy got someone out to diagnose and service our issue same day. Specialist Zach Olson came out and was very knowledgeable, professional and willing to answer any and all questions. He not only diagnosed the problem but fixed it in no time at all.
