Just recently got a new home and the furnace had an issue. Kevin came as my HVAC guy and was nothing but amazing and professional. He got the job done in a timely manner and was very knowledgeable about what the problem was and what he was doing. His customer service is outstanding and I appreciate him coming to service my home even though it was beyond time for him to be done!
I really appreciate the professional approach and communication in regards to getting my AC fixed on our rental home. Jenni is wonderful and her communication has been nothing short of excellent. Superior is the perfect name for this company. I have used them for over 14 years since I moved to Oak Ridge. They are honest, dependable and do excellent work, no matter what the job is.
