“Wow, really impressed. I popped in to see if they did alterations to fix a small tear on my jacket. She took it immediately and put in a temporary patch so I can have my jacket for the weekend. She told me this was only a temporary fix that she didn't charge for and advised me to bring it back to be fixed correctly.
