This is my first time going to magic touch cleaners for a repair. My belt loop ripped at one seam and I requested it to be fixed. When I picked them up, I noticed the belt loop was not only a different size, but navy blue (Photo is attached to my profile). Everything on these pants are black including the other loops. The taylor said she simply put the original loop back on. When I asked if the loop may have been fully ripped off accidentally, she denied it and said she just repaired the original one. I'm more upset being lied to than the loop itself and dont plan on coming back here for any type of service.
