“Edited to 5/5 stars for Dr. Zintak and her assistant. They were phenomenal with my child for the kindergarten eye exam. Found out kiddo needed glasses, she was nervous, we were trying to be super positive about it. My issue is when Dr. Zintak walked up front to tell the staff we needed glasses, the lady working the front desk made a comment along the lines of "ohhhh it's just so sad when they have to get glasses so young, I hate that" back to the doctor, about 5 feet in front of us. I'm sorry, but you work at an eye doctors office, I think you should know to keep those comments to yourself. Not only did it make me sad, but when we got in the car my kid asked why the lady helping us hates kids with glasses. Not exactly a great start to the new life of wearing glasses. So in reference to the Pearle employees, 0/5 and they'd be the reason we may need to find a new eye doc for next year.“

“I appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff from receptionist, to doctor, to the technician who fitted me and ordered my glasses. My only concern is that because I didn't have insurance coverage, I had to select a cheaper frame than what I am accustomed to having. The final price was higher than any glasses, with the same accessories, I have ever purchased. In the future I will be forced to shop around and not just accept the offer through my doctor's office. However, I was impressed that glasses were ready earlier than I was promised and everything was perfect. Good job but too pricey for my retiree income.“

“The review before mine she is a complete liar I was inside the store when she called Jamie Jamie was very Profesional and showed her respect otp even though she was yelling at Jamie because she told her she can't give her prescription over the phone it's illegal the young lady hung up on Jamie and called back trying to talk politely and act like she had some home training asking why she couldn't tell her the prescription over the phone and Jamie told her because its illegal but she could come to the location and pick it up this location has great workers and great customer service I have been going for the pass 4 years“

“I called Lynettes after my appointment was canceled due to eye pain and redness of the eye. They didn’t have any available appointments, but Mykayla asked the doctor anyway due to my situation. They did not have to take me on such short notice, but they did anyway & I really appreciate them for it. I called around to multiple eye doctors and no one would take me right away as I had to go back to work.

Dr. Tayler and the rest of the staff were so nice to me and my son.

This business will be my new everything for eye care.

“Dr. Holmberg and her staff are excellent! They were able to get us in the first weekend of the new year when our new insurance went into effect. My husband and I were both in dyer need of eye exams!!

Dr. Holmberg is a great communicator. She makes you feel comfortable and heard while she exams you. She’s also so fun and personable, it really makes the experience easy, especially if you have medical anxiety like I do!

Greenspan has a great selection of glasses. Dr. Holmberg’s staff was very helpful in explaining what our insurance would cover so we could make the best decision on glasses with all the necessary information!

“I have been going to Rosens Midway for a few years and have always been satisfied, unfortunately it is getting more difficult to get to a human. I tried scheduling an appointment online but it wasn't working. Calling is a challenge also. Most of the time they're not available.
I really like the staff and the doctors. I think they do a very thorough exam and I haven't had any problems with my prescriptions.
My last visit I was told I was in need of cataract surgery possibly in both eyes. They recommended a doctor in Downers Grove and I made an appointment. Two days before my appointment I received a call from the doctors office telling me they don't accept my insurance for medical procedures, even tho she is in my insurance network.
I tried calling Rosen for two days and I cant get to a human.
I just wanted to get a recommendation for another doctor. So I picked another doctor in my insurance network for an appointment.
I just want to get it done so I can see better. I am having second thoughts about going back to this office.“
