Get a grip has been a great gym right from the start! Kevin and Jen do a great job of making sure everyone can get into the best shape of their lives! The people that come are like a family to me and I know many others feel the same way! They have helped me build the strength physically and mentally to run multiple ultra marathons that I do not believe I could have done without them! I love this gym and plan to continue to go for many years to come!

I was a member of Get a Grip for a little over a year when I was living in Colona. I miss the vibe of this gym so much! The owners, Kevin and Jen, and the other members are so welcoming and supportive of one another. It truly felt like a family. Couldn’t recommend this gym more!

I love the Get A Grip Training Center family, and I actually look forward to going! That's definitely not something I would have said a year ago! Coming from different gyms, I can absolutely say that Kevin and Jen are really like a gym family and make you feel welcome! I can't wait to continue my journey with them and i love the new friendships I've made along the way! ❤️
