Amazing high energy functional fitness gym. The owners have created such a welcoming environment you will just want to keep coming back. They are very passionate about their work and make a big effort to get to know all their patrons to create a family-like atmosphere. The workouts are challenging but the whole time you are being push and encouraged in an environment where you truly believe you can do every exercise in the workout. Highly recommended for the seasoned athlete, injury prone runner (like myself), and anyone who is ready to commit to a healthier lifestyle who would benefit from being an a supportive and encouraging environment

Les, Rick, Steve and the rest of their 10 man crew did my house and my garage over the last couple of days and I couldn't be happier. Absolutely love this place! Great staff, and vet took time to answer all of my questions and discuss concerns we had about our new rescue. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure we didn't have more concerns. She found an old fracture that was causing her pain that we weren't aware of, and another vet missed
