I am only giving Curb Appeal this 3-star review due to lack of follow up and not for their actually work, which from the reviews appears to be very positive. I had scheduled an appointment for Monday March, 2nd which Curb Appeal rep did come out and look at the proposed work. At that time, it was agreed upon that I would receive a follow -up proposal (no time frame was given but I assumed 1-2 weeks?). Well, this Monday March 30th it will be 4 weeks and I have not received an email, phone call or text. This is very disappointing as I have had multiple vendors come out in the past and they have not followed up either. I just thought potential customers should know beforehand if they are considering Curb Appeal for any future work.
UPDATE: I did want everyone to know that one of the owner's reached out to me via phone and apologized for lack of follow up. I was very pleased that Curb Appeal responded so quickly so I am going to change review from 3-star to a 4-star rating based up companies' quick response.
