I am traveling for work and 6 hrs away from home. I arrived at my hotel only to realize I had forgot to pack my power cord for my cpap. I called and explained my situation and they were able to get me a power cord for my res med at a very reasonable price. Super friendly staff, and they made my stay in Colinsville much more comfortable with their great customer service! I would highly recommend giving them a try!

Christina Kirkou, Respiratory Therapist at American Homepatient in Collinsville, IL was amazing! She gave me more than ample time at my appointment to answer all of my questions and went over my new CPAP machine in its entirety. Christina listened to my needs and concerns. My face was measured for a proper mask fitting. A very knowledgeable and compassionate healthcare worker. Christina is an asset to the organization. She really cares about her patients and does right by them. Better than my other DME company. If you are looking for a new DME company for your respiratory needs check them out.

Great experience when picking up new machine and face mask. Was very thorough when showing me how the machine works and explaining everything it does. Made sure I could operate the machine before I left.
