The service from the employees is rubbish, they serve you with a disregard as if they hated you and today, 5.3.24, the doctor did not make you wait 2 hours and then leave, she is so late that she can no longer serve you again, I will never come back, I have been treating me here for 3 years. my family is trash this link
Never had an issue with them and taking my three kids to get eye exams until today with a new person who didn't want to look up my insurance card. Short dark hair with glasses lady. Also try to asked a question but lady was being rude.
Receptionists are beyond ignorant and rude. They think they better than everyone. Or too good to speak kindly. Says alot about the owner or person who hired them and keeps letting them get away with speaking to customers like that. Oh and don't call you will be on hold forever she answers on her time. Opentime at 9am but no doctor into 10 am even if you are there to be the first customer at 9am they don’t let you wait in the chairs and they don’t take your information into 10 am ???? So do not open doors at 9am ,change the information from website don’t waits your time go to a different place .
