10/10 would recommended Yogasix on Southport to all the girlies! Class packs are at a great price and they are always offering discounted rates or free additional classes. Raisa is my favorite instructor here, I always feel welcomed, challenged, and motivated in her sculpt classes. Heat level is perfect, not too hot. Everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace, and modifications are demoed if needed. I always leave her classes feeling mentally and physically stronger!

Yoga Six on Southport is AMAZING! My top favorite classes are signature hot, hot core, and sculpt and flow. The instructors are so so nice! Ansley and Gwen’s classes are great and I love how they make sure that everyone in the class feels welcome! I really recommend checking this place out.
