Every day this gym falls more and more into disarray. Some machine have been broken for over 2 months, weights are always missing, today a new machine is broken and I think I’ve had enough. Oh and nearly all wipes and tissues are either empty or broken as well! Because being broken wasn’t enough, it had to also be dirty. (Let’s not mention the lockers because it has always been bad). Since the LA Fitness acquisition the prices have went up too ?. I wouldn’t be surprised if one day I hear there was an accident because a machine broke. Looking forward to the new planet fitness to open.

Don’t come here… sign up somewhere else… FFC sure you will pay more money but it’s worth it. LA fitness(formally known as as XSport Fitness) is just letting this location break down and go to crap. Machines have been broken for several weeks and no sight being repaired, no maintenance as in just tightening the bolt so it won’t break down. The person that does the repairs just sits behind the desk on his phone majority of the time. Elevator and Pool have been down for almost 2 months. This location is in direct violation of the ADA act with the elevator broke for almost 2 month and only stairs for access to the gym(second floor) and pool/locker room basement. I’ve already filed a complaint with the government to force La fitness(xsport) to do something. I’m waiting for my 2y contract to be up and leaving immediately. I thought xsport was bad but as soon as LA fitness bought it I thought it might change… nope!!! It got worse!!!

This has been the filthiest and the dirtiest establishment I’ve ever entered in my life at first I thought it’s because of the transition, but I am wrong. There is never paper towels, toilet paper or soap. I just don’t understand how the health department has not been involved yet.

Never been to a gym where you say "bye" to the 9-10 pm crew and they look you stone faced in the eyes and say nothing back. The staff made no effort to greet or exit greet last night. They were too busy gossiping or checking their phones

When I called, they said they had daily passes, but when we arrived, we were informed that this specific location doesn't offer daily passes after 9 PM.
