I'm not a big gym-goer nor am I very comfortable in environments where I need to get sweaty/physical... but the STAFF here specifically are understanding, relatable, and open to questions. I don't know about the other locations, but I sincerely do appreciate the employees there who make the gym feel like a community.Brandon, the previous manager was awesome, and so was the desk staff (don't want to put their names for privacy reasons)! If you're looking to get started on your fitness goals, Vic is an awesome trainer too!!!!Happy lifting!

Very friendly latin community mostly everyone is very dedicated and hard working staff and visitors take their exercise seriously mostly lifting weights machines,treadmills,pull up bars,free weights,lots of machines here ,dry steam room too and please no water on steam room machine it will damage it ,and respect your locker room sometimes garbage is thrown everywhere this affects the employees

Over crowded, not enough machines or not updated, and not very clean. The positive is there weight selection if you can find it available, and their space for other modes of workout like most export locations.
