A relative reached out to inquire about towing services and their response was prompt and informative. We weren't able to obtain their services since they were out of our distance but they suggested another towing company for our needs. I give them 5 stars based on how respectful they were when responding( unlike other towing companies)
Man, Louie really came to the rescue for me. Not only did he arrive on the scene in 45 minutes which is extremely fast, but he made sure that I was informed well about what to do about my accident, and also informed me about how I should roll my car safely, and spent 20 minutes looking for a safe spot to park my car. He truly made me feel safe and in great hands. A genuinely fun and great person but also a great tow truck driver. His service was so sweet that I truly have no desire to call any other towing company but this one here. After waiting 2.5 hours for a different tow company, I scrapped that and called XL. They knew exactly where I was and had the flat bed truck I needed to me within 30 minutes, and were extremely kind, professional, and helpful.
