The father-and-son team at the shop are described as a "military special operation team" who are able to handle even the most difficult problems with their vehicles. One customer was able to get their alternator changed within an hour of dropping off their truck. However, some customers have had a "fair experience" at the shop, where they were able to fix the easier problems but chose to avoid the bigger issues, such as a gas leak and engine problems. Id say i had a fair experience with this auto shop. I went here because a friend recommended them to me and i gave them a handful of problems with my car. They were able to fix the easier problems but chose to avoid the bigger problems which were the gas leak and engine (which is what i wanted to get fixed). I had to ask them about the bigger problems to get an answer when I had picked up my car but they said they couldn't help me with it and had not checked it when i initially took it. They are a good shop but they could work on the communication a little better instead of choosing not to tell the customer what they can or cant do after the work is done.
Honestly, have gone to this place twice and they do not fail to impress! I needed on the spot service and within minutes they were able to fit me in to change an alternator for me, within an hour of taking my truck it was switched out and ready to pick up. Extremely affordable prices and reliable people! Will be my go-to mechanic moving forward.Services: General repairs & maintenance
