The literal best. Winch out. Jeff was great and super helpful and communicative about what he was doing, what I could do, etc. Called, had someone out within 30 minutes (Sunday, ~10:30pm), and was able to resolve in 2 hours.

My car was having issues and I called XL towing dispatch. The dispatcher sent there driver down to lower wacker to pick me up and he found me instantly. The tow was affordable to the location where the car needed to go and Juan’s customer service was great. I really appreciate the help. Call this company if you’re ever in a pinch in Chicago.
