I worked as Director of Operations at XAmplifier / Layline for over 5 years and had close visibility into the company’s day-to-day operations.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to either job seekers or potential clients.

A major ongoing issue during my time there was delayed and inconsistent salary payments. By the time I resigned in September 2024, I was owed approximately six months of unpaid salary, which remains unresolved. This was not an isolated incident in my experience, and addressing payment issues was a recurring challenge.
