Had two dresses altered and my grandmothers old coat. We had the coat dry cleaned as well but it ended up dissolving the old stitches and requiring a lengthy, complicated repair. They were fantastic in repairing the whole thing and the coat looks brand new now. The service was fast and owner is very friendly. Really nice neighborhood spot.

I took a bunch of tops and sweaters in for dry cleaning services and the sweaters came back with hair and crumbs. They didn't look clean or well taken care of. I will not be back.

New location is nice! And it seems like with the new location ownership is turning over a new leaf in terms of service, attention, and quality of work. It feels like as good a time as ever to give Winona another chance where they lacked professionalism or polish in the past. My most recent visit was great!
