I've been going here since December 2024 and it's been a game changer for my strength and mental health. Going to the gym is now one of the highlights of my day and I was able to do a 50 mile mountain trek in August which I would not have been able to do prior. Coaches are all super helpful, supportive, and the class structure motivates you to push your limits. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to improve their overall fitness level.
I accidentally signed up for this gym when I meant to go to another gym so I can't speak to the gym itself. But what I can say is definitely five-star communication very prompt with questions and help signing up. I was from out of town so I did really appreciate this
Been hittin' up Windy City Strength & Conditioning in Ravenswood for a minute now. Dropped about $199 for the monthly membership, which gets you unlimited classes and open gym access . Tried out their strength and conditioning classes—coaches are solid, really know their stuff. The space has that classic Chicago loft vibe: exposed brick, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light . Only gripe? It gets a bit crowded during peak hours, so snagging equipment can be a wait. Overall, it's a legit spot to get your sweat on.
