I had a great experience with Hanadi at the Oakbrook Hyatt Lodge. I was gifted a massage and facial for my birthday. Both were amazing. Hanadi was not only knowledgeable and skilled, she was very kind. I would definitely book her services again when in the area.
Samantha was fantastic! She checked in regularly about pressure, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and genuinely cared about how my body was responding. I left feeling relaxed and like the massage actually benefited me—not just during the session, but afterward too. Highly recommend Samantha if you want someone attentive, professional, and effective.
Erica was great! Her suggestion on color was spot on - so happy with the French manicure. She was very thorough and was happy to replace the polish on a nail that I bumped. All in all a very good experience and I'd highly recommend her.
