Terrible customer service. I booked a couples massage weeks in advance and had to call multiple times because I never received confirmation or an invoice. After the third call I finally received the invoice the day before the appointment but it was for a single massage. When I called to address it they told me they no longer were able to do a couples massage due to their error. So I had to cancel. Very frustrating experience.
We had the best facials with Harmony at the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts Chicago (on magnificent mile). She was also kind and helpful to my teenager who had his first facial. It was one of the best facials I've had myself. HIGHLY recommend Harmony! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
