Honestly one of the better contractor experiences I’ve had. Nobody disappeared after I approved the estimate, I actually knew when the crew was coming, and they answered when I had questions. Shouldn’t be unusual but unfortunately it is these days.
The last few rounds of heavy, rain made it obvious, our old roof was done.We started, with one leak and then noticed anothere stain a couple weeks later.Decided, to stop throwing money at patches, and have the whole flat roof replaced.Very glad,we did.
Good guys and good work.Had a small roof repaire done after the wind loosened something along the edge. They came out, fixed it, and did not try turning a relativeley, simple repair into a huge projecet.
