Williams Stoker and Heating has been servicing my condo building in Lincoln Square for years. They are reliable, priced fairly, and very knowledgeable when it comes to older buildings with a boiler heating system. We’re very thankful for their support and attention to detail on our system over time. We have never had an issue with any of their techs. Shoutout to Andrew who took the time to answer some questions so that the system runs more efficiently.
The water heater for our condo building was leaking. The tech (Gabriel) came out in a couple days and diagnosed that a replacement was needed. John & Gabriel came out a few days later, installed the replacement water heater, tested and had the old water heater taken away. On-time, professional, easy to work with, kept us informed.
We have relied on Williams Stoker since 1998 and I highly recommend them. Keenan here yesterday, thorough and a pleasure to work with.
