In reading about one property Waterton acquired in Atlanta, 903 Peachtree, the concerns (as alleged on Google reviews) regarding security and cleanliness were extremely concerning to me. Based on what I've read, I would never consider renting at a property in Waterton's portfolio.

Do not live at element deer valley apartments in Phoenix Arizona. Roach infestation since day one of moving here. I have been living here for almost two years now. these roaches are coming out of walls, vents, cabinets, mirrors, fridge, sinks, ovens, under counters, bathroom, laundry room. Management has barely done a thing about it. They have fogged and had pest control come in. The pest control guy said they have been in quote “ chasing the roaches around for years”. Excuse me years and nothing has been done. I am videos and pictures of these roaches. We have used our own resources for these roaches. I have two kids and pay so much rent just so roaches can live...read full review

I am a resident of over of the Waterton Properties in Las Vegas… honestly I love there staff here.. I’ve been here a long time, before Waterton. My issue is this HORRIBLE ANNOYING TIME WASTING AI BROOKE that was implemented. With property management PEOPLE is the point 🤷🏽‍♀️ More and more the property has moved away from person to person contact and it’s enough to make long time residents think consider leaving 🤷🏽‍♀️

Again the staff are great… but residents miss the personal touch 💔
