Warby Parker Andersonville is an attractive and pleasant shop with a wide selection of stylish eyeglass frames. The staff is polite, courteous, and very helpful, guiding customers through the process of selecting and purchasing new frames. The online scheduling is fast and easy, and the in-store experience is smooth and efficient. The optometrist is personable, knowledgeable, and makes customers feel comfortable. The service and products are reasonably priced, and the staff, including Kaiya, are friendly, professional, and patient in assisting customers to maximize their insurance coverage. Overall, Warby Parker Andersonville provides a great customer experience with its cool vibes, helpful staff, and quality eyewear.
Venus helped me when I came in with broken frames and swapped them for new ones. My glasses were in bad shape and was worried about them not lasting long enough for a new pair to arrive but I was in and out in 10 with new frames! Thanks again Venus!
I cannot say enough good things about the team at this Warby Parker location! I came in for an eye exam and to order new frames, and unfortunately, their entire system and app were completely down. What could have been an incredibly frustrating and chaotic experience was instead handled with total grace and professionalism.
The staff didn’t miss a beat. They immediately pivoted and handled everything for me on paper. The staff here are so great. This was one of the most pleasant shipping experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Both Robin and Venus were so great to work with. I might jsut stop in to say hi to these two when I’m in the neighborhood from now on I liked them both so much
