My experience at this eye care, the staff was a nice, helpful woman who show me what I was getting, What to expect & when I was going to receive my glasses, Very patient with me, & another customer all by herself. I was in there 12-12-2022 Putting in a prescription. Five goes out to her *****

Had to call back multiple times the customer service is awful they ask for way to much information intentionally to avoid doing there jobs I’m on my parents insurance and they wanted to know there names addresses birthdays and social security numbers literally in my opinion no one should know anyone else’s social unless it’s your own or your child’s in addition to this they wouldn’t schedule my appointment and so 2 stars because I know the lady who does exams there is good but Walmart vision and Walmart both are horrible with customer service!.

In Chicago for a conference. Stepped on my glasses in my hotel room and popped out the lense. Came to this Walmat and the folks in Optical fixed my glasses no charge. Life savers. Big shout out!!
