Highly recommend! The billing/administrative processes were easy and transparent, the exercises were effective, and the staff were incredibly warm and supportive. I was nervous to start physical therapy, but Vitality made it easy!

I'm so grateful for my experience at Vitality, and only wish I had come here sooner! Dani was incredibly kind, patient, and informative throughout the whole process, and I quickly began to notice results. All the staff was so kind, and made the experience an extremely smooth process.

I have nothing but praises for the therapists and professionals at this office, and my only reason for a lower review is because of the scheduling and billing department. I had a handful of appointments made without my consent and though I caught some of them and canceled them, some I did not and I was charged cancelation fees of $100. I tried speaking with the billing department about this, explaining that I did not know about or confirm these appointments made on my behalf, but I was pretty much told to take a hike. Other than that disappointment, the PT was incredible and helped tremendously after my hysterectomy.

Vitality is easily the best patient experience I’ve had. The care starts even before you walk in the door with a timely EOB sent so there are no $$ surprises before your appointment (I’m sure we’ve all been burned before). I assume all the therapists are equally excellent, but special shout out to Jillian for always taking the time to explain the how and why of exercises without making it feel too lofty - she talks to you like a person, not a patient. 10/10 recommend.

Really great staff who all make an effort to get to know you outside of a working relationship. Additionally, they help you make specialized PT routines that are easily accessible at home. I have worked with Hannah and Kay and they are both so great.
