I had a great experience at this optical store! I work right next door, so I initially stopped in for convenience, but I was genuinely impressed. The team was incredibly nice, attentive, and made the whole process of checking my contact lens prescription quick and easy. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. It’s rare to find a place that’s both convenient and provides such great service—definitely recommend!
I was in Chicago from out of town and forgot to bring my contacts, literally couldn’t drive home without them, stopped by a few places and there was no luck, vision boutique was my last stop and I was so grateful they were able to help me out!! Highly recommend everyone to check this place out for any of your vision needs! Thank you!!
Ty is absolutely incredible! As someone with an eye phobia who wanted to start wearing contacts, he patiently sat with me to give me tips and encouragement until I was finally able to both put contacts in and remove them. He is essentially a saint for the patience and kindness he showered upon me!
