On October 1, 2022 I went to VIP nails and when I walked in I was not greeted by anyone only as if I had an appointment. After saying no I was told that they were not excepting anybody else. I asked when will the next time I could in to book an appointment? And the technician laughed and said you have to wait an hour. I said OK she said you’re not the type of person that would want to wait a hour. I said I don’t have a problem with waiting an hour. A Caucasian lady sitting across from me started laughing in my face and said they don’t want you in here. Afterwards she said ma’am I should’ve told you there was no one here there is someone here he’s over there not doing anything you should go over there to him. So I sat down and I showed them in a picture from their website of how I wanted my nails done. He told me that he was not experience of doing hombre nails and they needed to find somebody else to do it. But in the meantime he can soak my nails off but it’s going to be $12. I said you don’t have to soak them off they’re old and already coming off . He said OK. Then another technician said you can soak them off for $12 and we can break them for $12 either way you have to pay after $12. Afterwards she said you have money and you can afford to do that. Afterwards he broke them down. Then he told me he was not allowed to do my nails anymore and that I needed to go to the last chair towards the far right I felt very offended because nobody wanted to service me and that I have to pay her a high price which wasn’t fair. After I got up and moved they told him to make sure he sanitize where I was sitting. I was offended by that comment and how I was being treated in that place of business. They were making me feel as if I was not welcome there. Meanwhile, as I was waiting to get my nails done another Caucasian woman walked in and they all greeted her. The technician how did my nails did them incorrect. My pinky nail is smaller than the rest of my nails and she didn’t ask me the length until she already cut them down. Then she asked me could she leave it like that. I only agreed because everyone else Didn’t want to do my nails or service me. Please do not support this business they are very racist And I feel that they shouldn’t get a tip after doing your nails terribly. Also I was in there crying because how I was being treated.
