Very great service! Staff was super friendly with my fur baby. They were very patient and loving towards her. I was in and out of the office in less than 40 minutes. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place with friendly staff. Reina was the best checking in and answering questions! We even got a nice little toy. ❤️

Wonderful care! I was able to schedule a last minute appointment online for care of my cat. The staff was so kind and comprehensive explaining and going through everything about care and pricing with me. They also showed my cat so much love and made me so reassured she was in good hands!

I had my first visit with a new kitty I adopted from animal control, who is very anxious and timid. Everyone working there was wonderful, from reception to the actual checkup, and not only made us feel welcome but also did an amazing job with a cat who was obviously terrified. I'm so glad I chose Village West! It's really a relief to know we have great people who are there for us. They even contacted me the next day to ask how she was doing!
