I been helped with my infidelity case in a very polite and professional manner.Good communication, also.One thing I really liked, after like two weeks the case it was closed, Ben followed with me and asked how is everything going in my life regarding the case, but not only.It was really nice from him!!This is the way all companies should treat their customers, because, like he said, we are people!Thank you again!! Ben Lopez was quick and efficient. I called him on Saturday 8/8/2020 to inquire about rates and finding a missing family member in the city of Chicago. Within an hour, he had sent me a contract and had assured my grandmother and I that he was on the case. By the end of the day, he had updated us with information about possible locations of the family member. On Monday, he confirmed their location, met with him, and got us in contact with him. He has been truly helpful in reuniting my family and we are eternally appreciative of his services.
