Hermilo and his crew did an outstanding job in finding and repairing our major roof leak. After the storms we had water pouring into the guest bedroom. I called Hermilo and he came out to inspect and asses the problem within 90 minutes. Seen the solution, gave me a price and was back the next day at 8am sharp with his crew. Finished the job in 2hrs, stuck to the price and inspected our roof. Fast and efficient during a time when the storms affected the majority of Illinois. We will bring Velasco back for an upgrade on downspouts. Great work Hermilo and crew. Not to mention he took many before, during and after pictures of the job as I requested. Great job guys.
UGH!! last year, my chimney was leaking so I had it 'repaired' by a so called 'professional' with excellent reviews. Well little by little, brick by brick my little chimney was literally falling apart AFTER another company said it was 'fixed.' Every time I went outside, little pieces were scattered along the side of my home. THEN..it started leaking INTO MY HOME! Last week I noticed my ceiling being affected by all the rain we have had. Brown pots started appearing..oh no!! It was the Saturday before Easter and I called VELASCO ROOFING. He came right over and gave me a fair estimate after telling me the guy did a horrible job! Velasco Roofing was the company who showed up when my house needed immediate repairs! They came and assessed the damage and gave me options and price. They demonstrated the damage and repairs needed. Professional and punctual. I will be hiring them again if needed.
