I grew up in Chicago but now live in Wisconsin. My wife and I were on vaca to see a Cubs game. Where I live, there aren't any pro hair salons like this one. When I walked in I was greeted by the receptionists by name and did not have to wait long to get my longish hair styled and colored. Yanna was the stylist I chose. She was awesome! Not only did she give me a cut to my curly graying hair, but she gave me advice as to how to keep my hair looking fresh and healthier than when I came in. She also advised how I could help my local stylist keep my hair looking great. I have decided that I will be making more trips to Chicago so I can have Yanna take care of my hair.... read full review

I have been getting my hair cut here by Brielle for over a year. Her attention to detail, fun conversations and overall professionalism make it a great experience and I get my hair cut the way I want each time. I found Van Buren's and Brielle from a positive 5 star review a year ago and decided it was time to add my own.

Best barber shop I have ever been to. Great atmosphere,Anthony makes you feel like if you were their customers for years and he really knows what he's doing, It was my first time there and will continue to keep going. I highly recommend this place.
