Today my son was seen by Dr. Lee and my medical assistant was named Nadia T I think …. My son is nonverbal and is on the spectrum for ADHD. Both Dr. Lee and the medical assistant were so great. I’ve never experienced such great service at a clinic. They were attentive. They were caring and they were so helpful. Thank you so much for making this experience for my son, the best it could be.

WAS 8 MINS LATE DUE TO RAIN AND PARKING AND WAS TOLD I COULDN'T BE SEEN. WHEN I POLITELY ASKED TO TALK TO SOMEONE THE STAFF HUDDLED TO GOSSIP INSTEAD. THE ASSISTANT RUSHED THRU MY SON VITALS AND GAVE WRONG INFORMATION. SHE DID NOT TRY TO FIX WHAT SHE DID WRONG JUST STRUGGED AND WALKED AWAY.

The clinic was clean but needed some reconstruction for little things. I suppose since it’s in englewood they don’t care for what it looks like??♀️.Receptionist Vanessa brought me comfort since it was my first visit alone. As for my visit with the gyno(midwife) it was great I even brought up somethings that wasn’t in her department and she scheduled me to see someone for it . thank you
