I came in to this Ulta location looking for something super specific. The first person who greeted me (didn’t catch his name, so sorry!) was very kind and wanted to help but wasn’t super familiar with the type of item I was looking for and so he introduced me to Jason. With very little explanation needed, Jason immediately knew what I was looking for and their very first recommendation was PERFECT! There wasn’t any stock of the product on the shelf, but Jason hunted one last one down for me to purchase. What a great experience! Crystal was extremely helpful and warm. She went above and beyond to offer excellent customer service! Because of her I’ll be back at the store very soon. I loved my time shopping at this location!
