I had a Make-up and hair service done by Luisa. My entire back was soaked from the shampoo wash and I had to ask her a few times to please blow-dry my back because my shirt was so wet. Then, I asked for a blowout but she had put so much product in my hair that it looked flat and lifeless. When it came time to do my makeup she grabbed a tester moisturizer from the store and was about to put it on my face without sanitizing it. I was like people stick there hands in that all day long...I honestly had to stop her half way thru the makeup application because I was starting to look like a clown and the eyeliner was like zigzagged on. Had a great experience with Milagros. I came in looking for a new sunscreen because my old one got discontinued and I'm almost out of it. As I was making my way to the sunscreen aisle, milagros greeted me with a warm smile and ask if I needed help, I kindly Said no. She then tells me to let her know if I had any questions she'll be happy to answer. A few minutes went by and I did felt overwhelmed with so many options.I couldn't find milagros and decided to ask another employee for help and recommendations for sunscreens. She seemed uninterested in helping me and just pointed me in the direction of the sunscreen she uses but I didn't like that one cause I tried it before....read full review

I absolutely loved this Ulta! I’m new to town and was searching for an ulta with a parking lot (lol, just not used to the city yet) - and I stumbled across this one. From the moment I stepped in I felt so welcomed. I went in for concealer and left with a brand new foundation, a brow wax and several products because the team was so knowledgeable. Not just trying to upsell, but take the time to learn me and what I needed during that day.Bravo!
