Ukrainian Village HVAC is AWESOME! Igor was able to quickly diagnose and fix my issue. He was super easy to communicate with and very friendly. I called and we were able to get the job scheduled and completed the following day. Very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and offered some good advice to keep my system maintained and in good working order. I have an older system so it is difficult to find someone to work on it. I am thankful I found Ukrainian Village HVAC and Igor. I will definitely use them again and you should too!
Igor at Ukrainian Village HVAC is the most honest HVAC technician I’ve worked with in Chicago. Three other HVAC companies came out and immediately recommended replacing my old but reliable R22 AC system. Igor took the time to properly diagnose the issue and focused on repairing it instead of selling me a new system.
Thanks to his expertise, my AC is blowing cold air again and running great. What really stood out was that he even came back on a separate day to make sure the system was performing as expected and to finalize the repairs. That level of follow-through and customer service is hard to find.
