About UI Health Family Medicine Center at University Village
UI Health Family Medicine Center at University Village offers a range of primary and specialty care services in a convenient location. Patients appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable staff, including nurse Keisha Williams, who provides excellent care even during busy times. The doctors are well-trained, and patients feel heard and understood during their visits. While parking is available across the street for a small fee, some reviews mention concerns about the focus on testing for those with good insurance. Overall, it is considered a decent place for medical care, with a welcoming environment for families seeking health services.
I was really nervous about coming here after reading all the mixed reviews. Honestly, this isn't any different than any other health clinic/hospital experience I've had before. Everyone I've interacted with has been super nice and helpful. Occasionally the wait is long - but where doesn't that happen? Before my first visit there was a scheduling incident and I had to do a string of phone calls, in which I felt supported and was helped to fix the issue right away. My doctor is very informative and friendly, and it's convenient that the pharmacy is in the same building. Thank you (:
I do really this one that I new and my younger childhood her name is Dr Salisbury!! She really nice to me and my grandma and it's been awhile since I've seen her just too monthto go it was about my IEP meeting!
Its been over a year with half a dozen different doctors and I can confidently say that I love this clinic. Every single doctor I have met, both practitioners and students in residence, are SO wonderful and knowledgeable. Empathetic, kind, thorough, and will patiently answer all of your questions. And I mean that for every doctor I've had there, and I've had quite a few.
Even their front desk workers are very kind. The whole group is very good with responding to messages in MyChart, and even getting back to you with any questions via phone call.
Thanks for all of your good work guys!
