I have tried to have my mother’s medical records transferred to her new health provider. Five weeks ago her signed request was faxed over( by her current doctor’s office) and now I found out that Advent Health now has an outside company that takes care of the medical record transfer requests. So her faxed form is either sitting in a box or it was filed away”.I asked for a manager to contact me, because this is unacceptable that my 86 year old mother’s form was not faxed over to that outside company. I requested a returned phone call and I still have not heard back from the manager! So I guess, everyone is so busy that these medical record requests are a low priority,...read full review

The doctors have toooo many patients! I made an appointment in February ...couldn't get in till April 26th...I had to cancel due to my Mom's funeral. They rescheduled me all the way for July 7th...I get a a call from sweet Mrs. Mary apologizing for Dr. Rogala....we reschedule for JULY 28TH....get a call from Mrs. Mary stating ...they need to reschedule again. I was furious and discontinued the conversation...6 months to get an appointment...I am a 62 year old female recent Cancer survivor 2019, with hypertension and a diabetic ...and I can'get at an appointment with my primary doctor for 6 months. It makes no sense...now, I am scrambling to find another care...read full review

Went in for an appointment with dr woz on 2 separate occasions with neck issues and both times was told I'm 25 years old so everything will be fine. No x Ray's, no tests. Nothing. I've been in pain for the last 2 years of my life because I decided to take the advice of this doctor. This is the first time I ever left a review and I hope to anyone reading this that they never go into this establishment looking for medical assistance.The doctor explained to me that a 25 yo visit shouldn't have taken this long and now he will be late to his lunch. They will talk around your issues then give you things that had nothing to do with your visit to tak on prices to your bill out...read full review
